In order for Watermark Homes to offer the best possible customer service on warranty requests, you will need to create account so all warranty requests for your new home will be centrally located in one account.  All warranty requests will be archived and available for you to review, including all correspondence and attached pictures, at any time.  

Also by creating an account, you will not have to enter your name, phone number(s), and email address every time you submit a warranty request. 

Your username will be your email address and your password will be one you choose.  Please be sure to write this password down or remember it because you will need it each time you want to log into your account or submit a warranty request.
